From Sonoma’s cool-climate hillsides comes the 2023 Dry Stack Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, sourced entirely from this single site in the Bennett Valley AVA. Made from an Italian clone of Sauvignon Blanc and crafted with a light touch in the cellar, the wine is aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel to preserve freshness while building texture. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, sediment can form if your patient enough to hold back on these. The 2023 vintage has not yet been rated but holds with previous releases, bringing vibrant tropical fruit layered with citrus and mineral energy while maintaining the vineyard’s signature lift and structure.
