Meursault 1er Cru Les Genévrières is crafted from two exceptional parcels, Les Genévrières-Dessus and Les Genévrières-Dessous, located adjacent to Poruzots Premier Cru. The upper Dessus parcel contributes tension and structure, while the lower Dessous offers roundness and richness, together creating a beautifully balanced Premier Cru. Planted in very stony soils with high mineral content, the vines are farmed sustainably, organically (Ecocert), and biodynamically (Demeter). Vinification is minimal—aged 18 months on the lees in 228L barrels (10% new) and bottled unfined and unfiltered
