Meursault Les Tillets is sourced from a steep, 0.84-hectare vineyard planted between the 1950s and 1980s, perched above the 1er Cru Bouchères on an east-southeast facing slope. The vines grow in shallow topsoil over stony white marl, a high-altitude site that contributes precision and tension to the wines. Farmed sustainably, organically (Ecocert), and biodynamically (Demeter), the fruit is vinified with minimal intervention—aged 18 months on the lees in 228L barrels (10% new) and bottled unfined and unfiltered
