Established in 1903, Estate Argyros has spent more than a century refining its approach to white wines, combining traditional Greek varieties with meticulous vineyard work and precise, modern winemaking. Today, the estate is best known for its expressive Assyrtiko and its ability to produce wines of remarkable freshness, character and purity.
The 2025 Atlantis White offers an approachable introduction to the Argyros style, blending 90% Assyrtiko with 5% Athiri and 5% Aidani. The majority of the fruit comes from Santorini, with the grapes sourced from ungrafted vines ranging from approximately 10 to 60 years old. Fermentation and five months of aging in stainless steel preserve the wine's bright fruit and lively acidity, resulting in a white that is fresh, clean and wonderfully easy to drink.
The 2025 vintage also introduces a handsome new label, bringing Atlantis visually in line with the more distinctive look of the estate's other bottlings.
