- Michele Chiarlo Le Orme Barbera d Asti 2022 - Michele Chiarlo’s Le Orme Barbera d’Asti is a flagship expression of Piedmont, drawing from four estate vineyards in the Nizza area, including the renowned La Court. Grown in sandy, limestone-rich soils and vinified with temperature-controlled fermentation and extended skin contact, the wine shows the depth and color typical of great Barbera. Brief aging in large French oak followed by stainless steel and bottle preserves freshness while honoring the estate’s legacy.
- Nozzole Chianti Classico Riserva 2022 - Located north of Greve in the heart of Chianti Classico, the Nozzole estate spans rugged, high-elevation vineyards that emphasize concentration and complexity. Low yields and hand harvesting ensure quality, with fermentation and maceration carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel to build color and structure. The wine completes aging in oak vats and bottle before being estate bottled, capturing the classic character of Chianti Classico.
- Biserno Insoglio 2023 - Insoglio di Cinghiale is Tenuta di Biserno’s founding wine, named for the wild boar that symbolizes the spirit and culture of the Maremma. Richly fruited yet finely structured, the wine reflects its coastal origins with a strong sense of place, offering both smooth drinkability and remarkable versatility at the table.
- Tenuta San Guido Le Difese 2023 - Le Difese is crafted from Tenuta San Guido’s younger vines and reflects the estate’s rigorous standards through careful selection and stainless steel fermentation. Aging in French and American oak adds polish and balance. From the historic estate that created the original Super Tuscan, Sassicaia, Tenuta San Guido remains a benchmark of modern Italian winemaking.
- Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cannubi 2021 - Cannubi is Barolo’s most historic and celebrated vineyard, recognized as Italy’s oldest cru in 1752 and famed for its balance of power and elegance. Its unique mix of soils gives wines that marry silky tannins with structure and depth. Michele Chiarlo’s 4.5 acres of 20-year-old vines are carefully farmed and hand harvested, with traditional skin fermentation in oak vats followed by two years in oak cask and further bottle aging to fully express this legendary site.
- Buglioni Amarone Il Lussorioso 2020 - Il Lussurioso Amarone takes its name from its long, luxurious finish and is produced entirely from estate fruit grown in Buglioni’s Vigneto San Pietro in Valpolicella Classico. Hand-harvested grapes from gravelly, clay-rich soils undergo the traditional appassimento drying process before vinification. Certified organic, the wine delivers depth, richness, and a distinctly elegant expression of Amarone.
- Michele Chiarlo Nivole Moscato d Asti 2024 - While not a red, Michele Chiarlo’s Nivole ‘P’ Moscato d’Asti makes a perfect send-off, offering clean, bright, and gently sweet flavors. Sourced from the best-exposed vineyards in Canelli, the grapes are harvested first to preserve freshness and aromatics—the “P” standing for primo. The result is a fragrant, lively wine that refreshes the palate and brings the tasting to a charming close.
