Any returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. This includes orders that are being held in our store for future delivery. After 30 days, returns may or may not be accepted at the discretion of Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe. Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
There are no returns on Special Orders. These are wines that are not customarily stocked by Knightsbridge and are brought in for a specific client.
There are no returns on food.
There are no refunds on gift boxes/packaging should you return a gift to us.
Gift certificates are non-returnable, nor may any portion of them be redeemed for cash.
Damaged Products and Incorrectly Shipped Products
If your package arrives with visable damage or leakage to the outside of the box, you may refuse delivery with the UPS driver. If you have accepted the package and discover breakage upon opening, or the contents are not what you ordered, please contact us at 847-498-9300 or at email@example.com and we will assist you in returning product to us. The normal course of action is that we will send a shipping company to pick up the item and once it is returned to us and inspected by our staff, we will issue credit or ship a replacement.
Older Vintage Wine
Any wine that is not the current vintage supplied by the Domaine or is not in stock anymore with the distributor is sold "as is" to the buyer. Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe makes no guarantee to the contents inside of the bottle.
It is expected that wines over 20 years of age may show signs of wear and tear on the label or capusle. Generally speaking this is not an indication of a fault with the wine inside of the bottle. If pristine labels are of concern to you, please reach out to us and request a photo of the bottle you would like to purchase.
