Friehof distillery has been family owned and operated since 1885, in the alps of austria. Edelweiss is an additive free rye vodka, the sweet grain notes comes direclty from the rye. Being that the distillery is known for their schnapps, (ie working with fruit) their filtration is softer than trditional vodka producers.
