The generosity and freshness of Maison Saint Aix's rosé can be traced, owner Eric Karver believes, to the region's 300+ days of sun per year, his vineyard's high elevations (420m), and a commitment to classic Provencal grape varieties.
Eric's winery takes its name from the ciry/region of Aix-en-Provence, a region synonymous with wine and rosé in particular. Eric has 'overhauled' the winery since his acquisition of it roughly 10years ago. Temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, modern presses, and other technologies allow the terroir of Aix-en-Provence to shine.
