Nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains we find Rhys “Alesia” bottling represents a snapshot of the overarching AVA via a handful of their single vineyard sites. In this case, the wine is an amalgam of Mount Pajaro, Alpine and Horseshoe vineyards giving the source vineyards elevations between 400-1610ft. There’s a small amount of whole cluster in this wine, about 12%.
