This is a unique field blend of Siria, Fernao Pires, Bical, Arinto, and Cereal from 10 different vineyards. The vines are old, between 50-120 years. The granitic soil imbues a strong minerality and slight saline component. This wine is made using native yeast. After fermentation the wine spends 18 months aging in stainless steel (85%) and 500-liter neutral french oak barrels.
