Château Canon, perched on Saint‑Émilion’s limestone plateau, has a legacy tracing back to the 18th century when pirate‑turned‑vigneron Jacques Kanon planted the vineyards. Today, it spans some 34 ha of clay‑limestone soils, planted primarily to Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
