From a high-elevation, southeast-facing site on complex limestone and marl soils, this Pinot Noir comes from mature vines planted in 1962 and 1980. Partial whole-cluster fermentation and extended barrel aging bring clarity, tension, and depth.

What a beauty this is. Dark, delicate, highly structured and velvety all at once. This is a magic carpet of fine black cherries and summer berry fruit, even a hint of black strawberries. I love the breathtaking combination of energy and finesse in the super-long finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

The 2023 Marsannay Blanc La Charme Aux Prêtres (80% of which used to comprise the "Source des Roches" cuvée) has a perfumed, minerally bouquet that exudes energy. Edgy in style, the palate is very well balanced with a saline entry. Notes of sour lemon and orange rind carry through the oily-textured finish that shows plenty of extract. Very fine.
