Hoste - The Martini, Ready to Drink Cocktail
first edition of a ready to pour Martini designed by Chicago's very own, Julia Momosé, author and owner of Kumiko. Like the Gold Fashioned, the Martini distinguishes itself for its high-end ingredients, many of which are custom designed specifically for this cocktail. The gin for instance, is inspired by Japan's four seasons with Juniper, Yuzu, Sakura, Orange Blossom, Hojicha, Red Sansho, Kabuso, and Angelica. Even the vermouth used is a custom creation born from a unique duo of grape varieties grown in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. The Vermouth features an infusion of Tangerine Peel, Marigold, Jasmine Flower, Rose Hips and other botanicals. Included is an atomizer of Shikoku island Yuzu to finish. Julia's Martini cocktail is unique and familiar.
