Collecion bottling is the estate’s flagship wine. It is made from 55-year-old Tempranillo (Cencibel clone) vines grown in the single vineyard La Lastra, where flat stones retain moisture and lend a mineral character. Aged 9–12 months in 300L French and American oak barrels, it reflects the original Pinuaga style—balanced, expressive, and deeply rooted in its terroir. For those familiar with Riojano favorites like Lopez de Heredia or La Rioja Alta, this will offer a familiar, yet different tune.
