With Atoma, Fabrice Agrapart has taken more than four decades of experience at one of Champagne’s most respected grower domaines and set out on a new, highly personal path. Founded in 2020 in Avize, Agrapart Avize marks a fresh beginning rooted in a century of family tradition yet defined by Fabrice’s own vision for sustainability and terroir expression. Farming 7 hectares of Grand Cru Chardonnay in Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Fabrice and his partners are crafting just 10,000 bottles annually, with organic practices and a meticulous, vineyard-first mindset. Atoma, the inaugural release, is a Brut Nature made from 100% Chardonnay drawn from a perpetual reserve begun in 2020 and aged three years on the lees. Vibrant, precise, and chalk-driven, it embodies both the deep roots of Avize and the forward-looking spirit of a new chapter in Champagne.
