Mandolás Furmint represents this new chapter: a fresh, forward-looking wine sourced exclusively from the Mandolás vineyard and planted entirely to Furmint, Tokaj’s noble grape. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, and fermented partly in new Hungarian oak, the wine is aged briefly on the lees to build texture while preserving clarity. The result is a vibrant, floral, and fruit-driven white with bright acidity, depth, and notable aging potential—especially striking in the cool, high-definition 2021 vintage. This wine is dry and aromatic.
