Queen of the Sierra White is an estate blend from the Rorick Heritage Vineyard in Calaveras County—planted at 2,000 ft on a schist‑topped, dolomite‑rich limestone slope—where Chardonnay, Verdelho, and Muscat thrive with expressive clarity. Every parcel is hand‑picked, fermented separately on native yeasts in stainless or neutral oak tanks, then blended and rested until bottling. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, in neutral vessels only—no new oak, no water, enzymes, bacteria, cultured yeasts, or nutrient additions—save for the minimal effective dose of sulfur. The result is a complete, unadorned reflection of limestone‑driven minerality, vibrant aromatics, and precise texture.
